Terms of Service

The service. Cited scans public website files and, for Pro subscribers, monitors AI-assistant answers weekly. Free scans are provided as-is.

Subscriptions. Cited Pro is $19/month, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds within 14 days on request.

Acceptable use. Don't abuse the free scanner (automated mass scanning, bypassing rate limits). We rate-limit per IP and per domain.

Data. We store the email you give us, the domains scanned, and scan scores. See the privacy page. Cancel = data deleted within 30 days.

Liability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months.
